PR Visits Prenda Hospital

The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, dedicated part of this Saturday morning to visit the Prenda Hospital, which is being rehabilitated and modernized in different areas.

Detailed information on the ongoing work and the facilities of the hospital was provided to the Head of State during his visit to the different services.

Neuralgic sectors such as the Operating Room and Intensive Care have already been recovered, while the hemodialysis service has been expanded.

It is expected that the requalification works of the hospital unit visited today by the President of the Republic will be completed in March 2024.

The Prenda Hospital, which has been operating since 1974, has 250 beds and serves an average of 700 patients daily.
